You can go from flat boost to Rangemaster style treble booster, from smooth overdrive to classic crunch distortion and even the mighty full out fuzz. It’s all there with it’s simple but effective three knob controls.

Combining the simplicity with versatility was the main objective designing this circuit. A much more usable Fuzz control and with a lot more Volume on tap, the Beard control turns this classic circuit into a stunning drive tool with a modern flavor while keeping the unique vintage feel of the circuits that inspired it. The challenge and the beauty in the same time of the Fuzz Face type pedals is that it is probably the most finicky circuit in terms of the chosen transistors. I am absolutely confident that after 15+ years of making several versions, this time I have achieved the perfect balance between the drive saturation and cleanup reaction that everyone will enjoy.
